“I arrived at the hotel at 7am getting off an overnight bus from Madrid. I rang the bell three times before getting in as no one answered it. The first thing the reception talked about was me ringing the bell repeatedly and Chinese people being impatient. I tried to tell him I rang the bell twice but no one answered. He didnt listen and his attitude was extremely unfriendly. I tried to check in but he said he could not do it until 1pm. I tried to ask for clarification as it says on hotels.com……
