"Loved our time at this property. We had 14 people and it worked out great. Location so close to the lake was fabulous and we could easily get to the ferry and train stations. Host David was fabulous and always available. Going to Bellagio and Varenna and Mennagio was great since there are no lines at Colico and it is quiet, peaceful and away from tourists at this property. I would recommend and would go back again to this property. Grass area was great for our grandkids to play on and hot tub...

"This place is one the best ones in which we have ever stayed: very spacious and comfortable, with lots of useful equipment (especially for children) and a great kitchen. The view on the mountains is wonderful, the village is very quiet and nice, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful, welcoming us with delicious cheese and local products. "We chose a room with a lake view, but the lake was barely visible from the room. We stayed on April 24, and the room was incredibly hot. We had to sleep with the balcony door open because it was impossible to stay inside comfortably. In the evening, we tried calling the reception, but nobody answered, even though the staff had told us someone would be available until 11 PM. When we mentioned this during check-out, we were told that the air conditioning in all rooms only starts working in May. This information should have been communicated in advance, especially considering how uncomfortable the room temperature was. Parking was ok Breakfast was good"
