What's even more terrifying is that they climbed onto my bed and pillow. At that time, my son and I were sleeping. A little thing was crawling around under my neck. 「The room was very clean and we liked that we could have service by not putting card on door or remain undisturbed simply by placing the card outside. We were even told if we did not want to be disturbed but needed fresh towels to just place them outside the door. Staff was always pleasant, a young man even helped dig our car out of the snowbank in the parking lot. This is service we grew up expecting but it is very rare to receive it anymore.
