Great Host...Comfortable Stay
Everything about the location was as described and very nice. The personal touches with dog and travel pictures were nice and It was a good neighborhood for walking my dog. The host was easily accessible and responsive for any needs. I am still grappling with having fire tv rather than normal cable with easily accessible local channels. This is not specifically about this rental since my last 3 have been the same. Perhaps younger people are better at navigating this change.

Cozy and Cute
For only needing the property to sleep and shower, it was great. I thought the bed was comfortable and the place was clean. As a Type A Planner, I LOVED his little guest book. It was so helpful. We also checked out a few restaurants and bars around the property. I loved my stay and if we come back, we'll most likely use this property again!

Happy with the apartment
Guy is a very nice host, very accommodating and responsive. The apartment was clean and had all the essential items for a short stay. The location is very convenient close to the major highway. Nice neighborhood. All the amenities were in a working condition, the bed is comfortable. I would stay there again and would recommend.

The Sleeping Garden
I absolutely loved the space. The Host, Guy, was Johnny-on-the-spot. I picked the space knowing that the garden would be sleeping but it was a key factor in me choosing where to stay. The pricing is absolutely perfect for the space. Guy also has two amazing dogs that I just adored. Thank You Guy for your hospitality and the seeds.

Over all place was nice.We came in after dark and it was very hard to find.It was raining and not well lit. We only saw the house number on the mail box the next day. The place was cute, the only thing was the shower tile could use cleaning with some bleach, And the pump soaps were hard to use because the soap was watered down.

I love how the owner gives you very detailed instructions about the property and it’s a nice touch as well that he made a binder with all pertinent info. Communication with the owner is excellent. The property was in great condition and I love how everything is so clean. My only problem was street parking which is common in the area but it would be nice is I didn’t have to worry about finding parking. But will definitely stay here again.

The property is VERY clear and the JFK airport is nearby, nice and safe community and I enjoy my time there the experience was great . I would recommend it to everyone who want to stay in that area.
