"When we arrived, another woman was in the driveway awaiting her entrance code. We booked on VRBO weeks in advance. She booked that day through another site. The property manager was easy to get hold of and confirmed that our booking was correct and that the other one wasn’t active online. "The only positive things I can say is the bed was comfortable, it had a microwave and refrigerator, and it is very close to the zoo. The in-room coffee maker was broken, but I was able to fix it. The coffee provided was not meant for the coffee maker and there was no sugar or cream provided. There was an in-door pool, but it was set to about 70 degrees and was too cold to use. It advertised continental breakfast, but at breakfast time there was a sign that said "No Breakfast." Generally, the entire property was run-down. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and they did provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, but they were practically empty. It's a shame because you can tell the property used to be nice but the current owners have let it go."
