"While this location isn’t for everyone, I was so happy with it! We stayed here for a bee keeping class in Holly Hill. Property owner was so nice, the home was very clean, and we were able to bring our 2 dogs! The fenced in front yard was my favorite! I was also really happy with how well stocked it was- tin foil, good pots/pans, comfortable bed, waters & drinks, fans in every room, plenty of dishes, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. I also felt safe here. Perfect little getaway...

Please know that you cannot take fish remains to the dump. They have signs, and they told us they do not accept them. "The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was much larger and nicer than the pictures suggest. The fenced backyard was very large, plenty of room to play fetch with our dogs, also enjoyed the front porch. "Great location on Lake Marion. Dock is set up for fishing and we caught a few big ones. House itself is exactly as described. Maybe not the Ritz, but it's Lake Marion. It's perfect for what it is. Very nice screened in porch looking out over the water. Almost a low country feel to the property and views. About 5 min from I-95 and 10 min from Santee Food Lion. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped appropriately. Great location for a golf weekend as well - plenty of decent courses...

"It was a quiet and lovely home and we enjoyed it. Our only issue was that the air conditioner was not working on our first night and it was very warm. When we called the emergency line, we could only leave a message. While it was fixed the next day, it was not a pleasant first night."
