“The room they gave us looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Smelled like sewage. Used (almost empty) toilet paper in the bathroom with no extra rolls. They didn’t put ANY towels in the bathroom. None at all. The tv wasn’t working. The breakfast selection is tiny and everything looked gross and old. ”

“Paper thin walls - noisy. Outdated rooms, rooms in adequate condition. Except for one staff, all were very friendly and helpful.”

“Bad experience due to poor wall insulation and the poor behavior of the guest next to us. Our room was next to "the workers" (guest) who kept the alarm on and it went off the whole night and didn't turn it off even after the front desk asked them to. Front desk mentioned there always been the issue with "the workers" not turning the alarm off. With poor wall insulation, we could hear everything next door. Constant alarm sound ruined our sleep the whole night. ”

“Clean and quiet”

“Pool had rust in it and pretty dirty. Tub was pretty dirty looking but overall we had a good stay. Staff was nice especially the breakfast lady and one of the cleaning guys. Lots of restaurants around the area. Probably wouldn’t book again just bc we went for the indoor pool and seeing the shape it was in. ”

“Ordered a non smoking room. Room smelled like it had been smoked in. The front desk clerk sound like she had the flu. The Breakfast was verry limited, no juices, no meats, no eggs, only waffles, oatmeal, apple. oranges, coffee, milk and cereal, The location was good, next to a IHOP and a Texas Roadhouse. Not to far from the mall or ASU.The ice machine was broke. The price was reasonable.”

“The staff is always so welcoming ”

“Our room was clean and comfortable. Heat & cooling controls were easy to operate. Amenities were very good. It felt like an oasis with private parking right at our door and outdoor seating. Walking around the art center we were surrounded by unique art decor and creative and welcoming artists. The staff were friendly, attentive and recommended local places of interest. We highly recommend a stay here. ”

“1. The photos on the Expedia web site are fake. At least 20 years old. 2. The room was dirty. 3. No hot water. No toilet paper. 4. The refrigerator was unplugged and moved away from an electrical outlet. I had to move it. 5. The mattress on one bed squeaked whenever I sat or laid on it. 6. The A/C unit thermostat was so dirty from cigarette smoke that I had to clean it so I could move the switch from heat to cool. I had to get the proprietor to fix it. 7. “I’ve stayed here before and didn’t have a bad experience but this time around was rough. We called at noon and asked for an early check in. They said we could check in at 1. We went at 2 and it wasn’t ready. We said we’d just be back at 3 for normal check in time. We walk into our room and they cleaner is in there still. She said it would be another 15 mins. We waited in the car. Finally at 3:35 she was done. We go in and got settled. We had to tiptoe in the room bc the floors were wet. There……
