Perfect~Family home

Perfect for two families or groups, this property features two separate areas, each with private entrances. With 4 bedrooms, 2 washrooms, and shared amenities, it offers comfort and privacy. Area 2 includes a cozy living room with a sofa bed and TV, connected to Area 1 via a laundry room. Thoughtfully stocked with essentials, this home ensures a relaxing and convenient stay.

LAYOUT: The space is divided into two separate areas.

Area 1:

• 2 bedrooms with queen size beds
• Washroom, Kitchen & Dining table.

Area 2:

•Is connected through one of the bedrooms via laundry room.
• 2 bedrooms with queen size beds
• Washroom, Living area that includes Sofa Bed & TV.

Both area's has its own private entrance, making it perfect for two families or groups with their own separate areas.


Complementary supplies include:

•toilet paper, paper towel, and tissues

•dish and dishwasher detergent

•laundry detergent

•hand soap

•coffee maker, sugar, salt, pepper, and other spices

Kitchens is equipped with the following amenities:

•full set of dishes for every person in your group

•coffee mugs, water, and wine glasses

•pitchers and jugs for water, tea, coffee and punch

•pots and pans including a large stock pot

•large assortment of cooking utensils

•plenty of mixing and serving bowls


Private Entrance:
Come and go with ease through your own separate entrance, which provides extra privacy and convenience.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

-Please note that both the backyard and driveway are shared with the host. A maximum of 2 SMALL cars OR 1 PICK UP TRUCK are allowed/fit for parking on the premises. The host resides in a separate, detached section of the property, ensuring your privacy while making it easy to address any needs during your stay.


1. No Parties or Smoking: Absolutely no parties or smoking anywhere on the property. Violating this rule will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your security deposit, and remaining stay costs.

2. Noise Restrictions: No noise or loud music after 10 PM to respect our neighbors and us. Additionally, loud music is not permitted at any time. Violation of this rule may result in eviction, and forfeiture of your security deposit and remaining stay costs.

3. Early Check-In: Early check-in is available upon request at least two days in advance, at a rate of $50 per hour (maximum of two hours early). Alternatively, luggage drop-off can be arranged if scheduled beforehand.

4. Late Checkout: Checkout is at 11:00 AM. A late fee of $50 applies for the first hour beyond checkout, increasing to $200 per hour for each additional hour.

5. Waste Disposal: For stays longer than three days, please follow the garbage disposal instructions provided in the house manual, sent to you on the day of check-in. Improper disposal may incur an extra cleaning fee of $200, deducted from the security deposit, as the city may fine us or refuse collection if waste is not disposed of correctly.

For stays of three days or less, simply leave everything as is, and our cleaners will handle it.

6. Supplies: Basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, spices, and soap are provided to get you started. Any additional supplies required during your stay are the guest's responsibility.

PET RULES:

1. Pet Policy: Only one pet is allowed per reservation and must be disclosed at the time of booking. The pet fee is $250. Unauthorized pets will result in the fee being deducted from the security deposit.

2. Furniture Restrictions: Pets are not allowed on beds or sofa beds. An extra cleaning fee of $200 may apply if significant pet hair is found on bedding or furniture.

3. Outdoor Supervision: Pets should not be left unattended in the backyard, as it is shared with the host and family. Please clean up after your pet; a $100 cleaning fee will be applied if pet waste is found in the backyard.

4. Indoor Supervision: Pets should not be left unattended inside the home. If you need to step out, please bring a crate and ensure your pet is crated to prevent accidents or property damage.

5. Noise Control: Keep your pet’s noise level low, especially during quiet hours. Excessive barking or disturbances may lead to eviction.

Responsive property manager but unit needed a clean.

When we arrived at the property, we immediately realized that the unit was not cleaned properly and was not up to standards of other properties we have stayed at. After a conversation with the property manager and walking him through the unit and showing the areas of most concern, he did refund a portion of our cleaning fee. The unit required a very deep clean.

Extended family wekend getaway

Overall i would definitely recommend this place! Prince was very quick to respond to our questions and needs. The 4 bedrooms was great for our group. The location was conveniently located to restauants and grocery stores. I recommend adding more kitchen supplies. There was only one drinking glass, 2 coffee mugs and 5 wine glasses. I would also suggesting adding an additional couch as we didnt have enough seating for our group without bring insome of the kitchen chairs into the living room. Thank you for our nice stay, Prince!Things that would have made our stay better
