Firstly, the property itself was impeccable. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home, which made the trip so much more enjoyable.
I rarely write reviews, but what drove me to write this and set this stay apart from anywhere else, was the exceptional host. From the moment I booked, Irene was incredibly responsive and helpful. She provided clear instructions and made sure I had all the information I needed for a seamless check-in.
When, unfortunately, the key was misplaced during my stay, Irene went above and beyond to help me out. She was quick to respond, flexible in arranging a spare key, and incredibly understanding about the whole situation (thankfully the original key was found and sent back).
Her friendly customer-centric manner and willingness to assist really made a difference in the trip.
Overall, I highly recommend this VRBO property and its hosts. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with an exceptional host who truly cares about their guests' experience, this is the place to book.
