"The room was very clean and spacious! The best part of our stay was the staff. Every person we dealt with was so friendly and accommodating. The doorman/valet was the nicest man and made sure I had a spot to plug in my EV during my stay. I think his name was Herb. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Victoria that is central and close to all the main sites. I will stay here in the future for sure. "

From the start, the staff were incredible—they not only remembered our anniversary but also surprised us with a quiet, spacious room that was perfect for the occasion. They even provided a bottle of wine, which allowed us to have a beautiful, romantic evening. This level of hospitality is something we haven’t experienced at any other hotel before. "Very terrible service. Despite complaining the receptionist about the washroom locks, they completely ignored it. Washroom drain was clogged and too much ants in the room. Cleanliness is terrible. Don’t recommend to anyone. Very poor services "
