"The room was spotless. The staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was really a cut above what I usually get. The entire venue was laid out beautifully...great pool, shuffleboard, several nooks for sharing in the shade, a very large and comfortable bed, a good-sized refrigerator, the tables inside and just outside of each room... I could go on. Excellent vibe and value!"

"Best value and location in Naples, hands down! You can walk to Vanderbilt Beach and Mercato, which was huge for us. The house was fully stocked with beach toys and a beach wagon, which made everything really easy.Honestly, the house was a lot nicer than the photos—super clean, updated, and great curb appeal. The pool was massive and everything felt really well thought out and well stocked. You can tell the host takes a lot of pride in the property.The beds and linens were super comfortable. Overall, this is easily one of the best places to stay if you’re looking for great location and solid value in Naples."

"Perfect size room, perfect size kitchen, perfect size eating area and private patio however the room is directly next to the restaurants kitchen therefore the small of grease mixed with cleaning products penetrates through the patio and the room. But it’s not constant or unbearable "
