“Unfortunately the room had a leaking toilet. No antenna on the TV, therefore not working. Kitchen very small. Room although clean but requires better furniture. Pillows uncomfortable. Ceiling fan not working but air conditioning working. View from bedroom great but water leaking off roof onto balcony making it slippery. Some staff helpful”

“I recently stayed at the Grand Eastern Hotel in Labasa and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I booked for two nights but had to check out a day early due to a serious maintenance issue. The bathroom hand basin pipe was damaged and leaking continuously, creating a loud noise that made it impossible for my family to sleep. I reported the problem to staff immediately, but was told tojust leave it leaking. The next morning, I raised the issue again and a worker came to inspect, but……

“Friendly staff and nice view”

“酒店不大，只有六间客房，位置在一个静静的港湾里，我和儿子在这里度过了11天的愉快时光。我们来的时候正值雨季，雨经常一下就是一整天。房间周围都是树木，就像生活在森林里空气十分清新。5月底至9月是旱季，希望躲过雨季的朋友可以选择这个时段。娱乐项目以水上为主，潜水或者浮潜，划独木舟，骑水上摩托。我喜欢静静的待在酒店里，对着大海发发呆，对于生活在大城市的我们来说也是一种奢侈吧。儿子喜欢逮海滩上的螃蟹以及各种昆虫，十天的时间感觉转眼就过去了。这里出入外界都需要乘船，可能有人会感觉闭塞，我却很享受这份静谧。酒店的员工都非常热情友善，小酒店就有这点好，感觉相处下来好像一家人一样，离别的时候竟有些不舍”

“潜水很方便，离码头和潜水点都很近。但其他周边缺乏可逛的点，住店客人很少，也没法组织一日游之类的。然后热水水温比较低，提了一次，第二天好了点，后面又恢复旧状了，反正凑活能洗，也就不去提了。另外，我在斐济遭遇了现金失窃，被偷了200美金和100新西兰元，但小偷不是全部拿走，而是只是取了几张，所以我直到出了斐济才发现，无法确定是在2个度假村的哪个被偷的。”

“The staff were very nice and our bure was nice and clean. However, they fail to mention that they run on a generator and there is no power between 11am and 4pm. We had an outdoor shower that was nice but couldn't get any water pressure or hot water reliably. Sometimes the water was hot for 30 seconds, sometimes not at all. When you're constantly going into the ocean, you need a reliable shower to wash off the salt and sand. The restaurant had good breakfast, but no free coffee or tea. The……
