Le Nid des Falaises, au bord de la plage

Perched on the cliff at Pourville beach, this turn-of-the-century manor house, set in a vast garden adorned with maritime pines, houses a cosy, modern flat on its second floor.

The entrance to the manor house is majestic, with wide flights of stairs.

The flat is a cosy cocoon with elegant, trendy decor.

On the first level is the living room, with its open-plan, well-equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, combined oven-microwave, fridge and freezer, 3 induction hobs, electric kettle, soup and smoothie maker, electric chopper, manual juicer, clothes steamer), comfortable lounge (WiFi) and convertible sofa for a child to sleep on. There is a separate WC.

A spiral staircase leads to the second floor. The bedroom has a comfortable, soft 160 x 200 cm bed, and, surprise, a secure net lets in light from the lower floor, the perfect reading area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a pretty round washbasin set on a chest of drawers.

There is a private parking space in front of the manor house entrance.

Just walk down the street to the beach, restaurants and bars.

You can also stroll or relax in the garden, where each flat has its own garden equipment (1 table, 3 chairs, 2 sun loungers).

The property is on the GR 21, which takes you on walks through fields and woods, through valleys to the few beaches of Varengeville sur mer.

If you're taking your bikes with you, the Avenue Verte, the flax cycle route, starts in Pourville and runs all the way to Fécamp...
