"The staff was friendly, helpfull and quickly responded to my inquiries. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I was pleased that they were able to get us a hypoallergenic room because we had worried about pet allergies at a dog friendly hotel. We did not have any allergy problems and we loved that the hotel is just a quick walk to Universal Studios! I would stay there again. "

"They didn’t serve breakfast but they did have very good pastries and a coffee machine that served all kinds of hot drinks. I personally loved it! The room was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The area is super nice and calm. There are a lot of restaurants around. Staff was super nice. Highly recommend and will stay there again."

"The garland is a lovely boutique hotel that I wish we had more time and better weather to enjoy. It was raining while we were there so we didn't get to take advantage of the pool side movie night or the patio area. The restaurant on site was amazing! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was a vibe. The trolley to Universal studios was great! The staff were friendly and helpful. "
