「We traveled by car and this is the best choice for free parking and easy to get to city center by bus. There is kitchen inside and so we can cook our beakfast and enjoy it before our journey in Rome every day. The room is clean and the environment is safe and quiet. The pamphlet they provided is very helpful and staff at front desk are friendly and helpful as well」

「Very good location. The worker always smile. The room is tiny and no place for luggage. You have to put luggage to under the bed in order to go to bathroom. I have stay there 4 days and two days without towel when I back around 7 PM. They took the used towel and didn’t give me new one. There noway to contact anybody work there. No phone and email. 」

During check out time, like the exact minute of 10:00, the lady started to put her key in our door and tried to open it, without any knocking or confirming that we were not in the room.
