"The staff behind the reception go the extra mile for their guests, very helpful and professional in all their manner. Stefano has kindly booked our Vatican tickets. A breakfast pack was also made ready for us when we travelled early in the morning for our tour. We loved the interior of the hotel, so chic and elegant. "All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and were always happy to go the extra step when we asked. The hotel was in as good a condition as I would expect considering how much we paid and the room was clean. A bit of a walk to most of the major sites but close to the Vatican and castello, and served well by buses. Would definitely stay again! Grazie mille a voi all’albergo per il vostro servizio."
