「Nice and clean room, basic and convenient. No room service wasn’t too great as we would’ve liked things sent up to us rather than having to go down. Breakfast was lovely and had a large variety, and absolutely brilliant breakfast staff - so accommodating and kind, I will never forget 2 of them especially, doing everything they could to make us feel comfortable. 「The lady at the front desk was rude and not a welcoming to me or my daughters. Charge me extra for the kids. Also parking was full they only have like 8 spaces.」

「The size of the accommodation was the only positive factor for me. The apartment has absolutely no sound proofing, so we could hear not only furniture scraping floors, but also when the neighbours children were crying next door or above us. No blackout curtains. No recycling, we were in the room when housekeeping would come by and put all the glass and empty containers that we had placed next to the garbage can in the same bag and take it out.」

「There was a severe ant issue in my room. I filed three complaints and was told they would be addressed, but they were not. The ants invaded our suitcases and personal handbags. Good thing I had Lysol, so I used it to clean out my suitcase and personal handbag before departure.」
