"Whatever your expectations for a five star luxury hotel, this property exceeded them. We have never been treated so personally, so warmly, and so professionally. From the minute, we arrived by car, they expected us, handled the check-in, and moved us to the front desk, where we were welcomed personally. "Wow I had such an incredible last minute stay here! We were so blessed to find this gem with excellent staff who all spoke perfect English. We had an amazing tasting next door at the winery with Natalie. We felt so cared for by everyone. The dinner was 5 star service and taste. We tried the truffle tasting menu with paired wines from the som, it was out of this world. The room was so beautiful, overlooking the vineyards. I will definitely be back!"

"An absolutely perfect stay, Chateau du Martinet is exactly the place for which we had hoped: a gorgeous rustic building, charming grounds, and a friendly team of people that went out of their way to ensure all of our needs were met. The hotel is pet friendly, and two very friendly little dogs greeted us upon our arrival. The driveway is a bit oblique to the main road and we missed it the first time by. But that is no problem because it is worth the drive. I look forward to staying here again. ...

"Very comfortable.Situated within walking distance of Vacqueyras (about 25mins)with access to a restaurant ,a lovely bakery ,a butchers and general shop.Wine from the vineyard is wonderful.Gigondas,a beautiful village is also within walking distance.Lots of interesting towns and villages to visit nearby and great walking country."
