“Delightful village location. Easy parking, excellent staff but property just needs a little uplift, (a coat of paint would do it and maybe some tiles replaced in swimming pool). Room was spotless, cleaned daily. All staff were very helpful to provide anything we needed.
A pleasure to stay here, hopefully we will be back.”

“If you're looking for a change of atmosphere from other hotels, try Aelia. It's a relaxing and serene atmosphere that seems perfect for getting reading done, writing a book, or just chilling. The breakfast was Marriott-style, and there are bikes on site, as well as places to walk. It would be lovely for a small wedding or a party with the addition of flowers. Our only issue was the weak internet upload speed for a Zoom conference. We also really wish that more hotels would consider getting at……

“This was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in.
While the reception staff were very good and helpful all the other staff were terrible.
We did not use the housekeeping staff so do not include them in our comments.
For the rest they were surly, slow and lacked basic training. There was no sign that they were effectively managed or indeed managed at all. They showed no interest in their jobs
Then we come to the food. Oh my god you could not imagine anything worse. The breakfast hot……

“I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. The other bad impression the hotel left is the rude staff who gave out towels at the swimming pools. I went to the pool in the early morning on the day……
