"Located right in the centre of Amsterdam and only a few minutes walk away from the central station is in the perfect place to explore the city. Not your typical hostel, kind of a hybrid with your own (very comfortable albeit small) room and communal showers and toilets. Everything was shiny clean and the bathrooms were routinely cleaned and restocked. Staff were amazing too! Super friendly and helpful at all times and offered us complementary tea and coffee every morning. "

"This was great for a group booking, a really good price for 4 of us to have a room together. Everything was clean and comfortable, with a good on site cafe and a tram line about a 5 minute walk away. The hostel backs onto a big park as well which was nice in the good weather!"

"The place is very clean and there’s always a staff member available. However, because there’s a nightclub behind the building, and it’s open 6 days a week, it’s very loud between 8pm and 3-4am. BRING EARPLUGS!! There’s also a pool hall above. The showers don’t have temperature control and they turn off every 20 seconds or so so you have to keep touching the sensor. The same with the light in the shower room so you have to keep stepping out of the shower to reactivate the light. Also, toilets...

"The property is good, dorm rooms are a bit small, location is very central but the area is loud and full of entertainment options. If you like the lime light thats perfect but if you are more on the quiet side not so much."

"A short bus ride from Amsterdam Centraal made this a conveniently located location to stay at. The hotel provides guides for the surrounding area which we should have paid more attention to as they had some very good recommendations for food that was nearby rather than us taking the bus into the city centre."

"Nice and clean hotel with very good facilities like a gym and pool table. Located within a few stops for the airport and has good access to public transport to the city centre. The hotel staff team were excellent and very responsive to any queries. "

There was another gentleman at night who's name has slipped my mind, but he was also very kind and eager to help! My only minor complaint is not having dish soap or cleaner in the room! You can buy it for very cheap downstairs, we just never got around to it. "
