The kids loved the yard in the back, while the adults could watch them and enjoy the deck overlooking the ocean. The property isn't fancy, but it is clean and had everything we needed. 3 bathrooms is always helpful with 6 people and kids. There is some traffic noise, but we pretended it was the ocean (but bring plugs if that is an issue for you). Otherwise it is very private and a beautiful setting. We would return."
