「A very nice hotel located outside of Central Copenhagen although the bus and train services were excellent.」

「New hotel, a pain for taxis and ride share to find. Construction noise all morning because of the surrounding property developments. Staff can care less about your well being or needs. Good and cafe are very pricey for the quality. They don’t have laundry service, but they have a laundry room that is always in use by others. They don’t clean your room at all and if you want them to clean the room it’s a 100DKK. I will never stay here again.」

「房間和廚房都很整潔，單人床也很柔軟舒適。餐桌上還附一張手寫的歡迎小卡，我有把它帶回來❤️旅館合作的咖啡店早餐也蠻好吃，咖啡店裡面也有許多選品可以慢慢逛。旅館附近就有超市，走到地鐵站大約10到15分鐘，整體來說也算方便，個人很滿意。下次如果有機會再來哥本哈根一定會再來住，也會推薦給朋友。」

「The hotel appears to have been renovated recently, and there was still some noticeable new construction material and paint smell during the stay. The overall hotel design is beautiful, with a traditional style that gives the property a fantastic atmosphere and character. The main issue was the bathroom lighting design. The lights are controlled by a motion sensor and turn off automatically. Unfortunately, the sensor does not work very well and often turns the lights off while someone is sitting...

「Le personnel était gentil. Par contre notre chambre n’était pas très propre. Il y avait des cheveux et des taches dans la salle de bain. 」

「Everything was really nice except the shower space is quite small and also the room doesn’t have air conditioning and you need to make sure the staff provide you duvet that fits the weather - went in spring/early summer and they gave me feather duvet and it’s just killing me at night. Location is good and staff is really friendly and helpful! 」

「The central location of the hotel was brilliant but the twin room was quite dated. It was on the small side and the twin beds were only 80cm wide. Water pressure in the shower was also quite low. The staff were professional and friendly.」
