“Dit is een heerlijke vakantie plek. Lekker groot zwembad heel veel rust Prachtige omgeving. Hugh de eigenaar is super vriendelijk en helpt je als het nodig is. Helemaal voor kinderen een leuke locatie doordat op het terrein al veel speelgoed voor binnen en buiten is. Met 15 minuten ben je bij het strand. Het appartement is groter dan je denkt. We hebben er lekker kunnen verblijven. Ik raad het van harte aan ”

“We came to enjoy the Marche and it's beaches but spent most of our time at the property. The pool is large and the house has lots of shady areas to escape the heat of the day. There are large tables for outdoor eating, good Internet for working from home or entertaining the kids, and plenty of rooms indoors to choose from. The kitchen is large and easy to cook in. There is a bbq space if you want to cook outdoors. The loft room (air conditioned) is very big and can easily fit a family of four or……

The owners are incredible hosts and a font of knowledge of both their property and the local areas and offer much suggestions of places to visit and eateries all absolutely accurate and of a high standard. The property consists of multiple bedrooms and could hold a family as well as older adult groups touring this region of Italy. There is much space at the villa and the pool……

“Casa Wales was everything we were hoping for and more. Beautiful, well equipped house, lovely pool area and gardens with lots a space for family games or a quiet spot to sunbathe or read in the shade. Nearby Sarnano became a family favourite outing for our evening aperitivi and gelati, and an early morning cycle ride from there to Sassotetto in the mountains were some of the highlights.
