“Everything from the room and area was great. Loved that just down the street, you found friendly and delicious cafes, restaurants, convenience stores and shops. Perfect stay for couples(suites) or group of buddies and friends. Highly recommend.”

“Location is prime. Literally right across the street you have a huge shopping mall with tons restaurants and cafes. Also a huge supermarket. Walk to Santa Fe mall 6 minutes only. You’re in the middle of two huge shopping malls. Extremely safe!! You could walk everywhere. Public transportation half a block away. Hotel was fantastic!! Breakfast was okay.”

“Lo mejor que tiene el hotel es la locación, es literalmente a una cuadra de Provenza, la habitación que yo reservé tenía jacuzzi, muy espaciosa pero necesita mantenimiento y mejor limpieza, en el lavamanos del baño no existe el agua caliente y en la ducha el agua no se mantiene a una temperatura estable, lo mismo se pone fría como hielo o caliente que te quema, la habitación tiene muchísimo olor a humedad, el colchón de la cama es bastante duro lo que pasa que como uno llega tan cansado de los……

“Lack of customer service. Constant issues and misunderstandings. Repeated attempts at trying to finesse money for bringing in guests when the stay was entitled to 6 adults. It was only 2 that checked in initially and every time a guest was brought in they attempted to charge us for the guest and a whole ordeal had to be made and proof shown that the stay is for 6 people. They knew this but just try and finesse money for every single thing. ”

“Great location, Provenza is 3 corners around but too much noice because of the night club next to the rooms and the WiFi was not functioning ”

“We come from Hong Kong. All the lobby securities are very nice, we do not speak Spanish but they do patiently offer us help. We appreciated that. We do have a noise problem during our stay, as we were in lower floor near public area. People would stay for chatting and chilling during late night and early morning. We contact the staff about it, and they have improved that problem. Location may not be in the center but the area is safe for living and 10mins walk to the metro station or shopping……
