"Beautiful hotel, helpful staff and great location! Would stay here again on our next trip to Medellin. It was very easy to arrange airport transfers and the drivers communicated in advance thru WhatsApp and sent vehicle photo with license plate. Breakfast was included with our rooms and was a nice buffet with made to order eggs. The room was also very quiet."

"The room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t have a problem with the noise from the streets because the rooms were equipped with earplugs. My major issue with this hotel was there was no room service. At one point we wanted ice and could not get ice. We went to the front desk to ask for ice and were told that we can go and ask the nearby stores or bars or nightclubs for ice. The breakfast served was the exact same thing every day. When we were preparing to leave for our early flight, Breakfast was already set up, but it was not 7 AM as yet and we try to get a cup of coffee and was denied. All in all the hotel location was perfect, right in the middle of everything"

"Selvario 36 is a stunning and highly original hotel, with beautiful design and thoughtful details throughout. The staff were also incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive. There were, however, two disappointments. First, the room lacked a proper closet. Instead, there was a wooden bar extending from the wall to hang clothes, but without a stopper, clothes constantly slid off. My biggest surprise was the rooftop pricing. On our first night, our party ordered four imported sparkling waters with lemon juice and were shocked to discover the bill was 169,352 Colombian pesos—approximately CAD$74. We were told the water was imported but not informed of the price beforehand. Ironically, alcohol would have been cheaper. To add insult to injury, we later discovered the hotel makes its own sparkling water, which is offered complimentary to guests. Overall, a beautiful and memorable hotel with wonderful staff, but a little more practicality in the rooms and transparency around pricing would make the experience even better."

"I loved the stay in my hotel. By far one of the best experiences. But this one is amazing. Staff were amazing. I loved the rooftop bar and Alexander the security guard in the early day time. I’m going to Medellín again in early 2026 and will try to book with click clack again but the price was just a bit too high so I might go with another hotel. Their food was spectacular as well as the views! Even if I don’t go back as a hotel guest I’ll go back for their ceviche!"
