“​El equipo del hotel, desde la recepción hasta el personal de alimentos y bebidas, fue excepcional. Resolvieron todas mis necesidades de manera eficiente y cordial. Si bien no pude usar la piscina ni el gimnasio, quiero felicitar a todo el personal por el excelente servicio que recibí durante mi estancia. ​Como recomendación, les sugiero invertir en la limpieza y el mantenimiento de las alfombras en los pasillos y las habitaciones. Su estado actual no solo da una mala impresión, sino que también……

“The hotel is excellent ”

“The hotel in general was great the staff were very accommodating. The only thing I would change is that they took more care when cleaning the rooms, the bathroom smelt of urine. But the rest was ok. The coffee in the room did not have milk, a suggestion would be to add milk and tea for those that don not like coffee.”
