Everything was great. However we put a load of clothes in the wash when we got there and the washing machine wouldn’t unlock. When we figured out how to get ahold of them they sent someone to fix it. I liked the quiet location. It was very clean. It was a very nice stay

Apartment fine, let down by poor management

We choose to book this apartment as we needed a washing machine. However, problems with the washing machine door meant our clothes were locked inside as soon as we used it (the same problem was reported by people staying a few days before us) and the door continued to be broken even after a technician came to review. Instead of simply apologising 'Wonderful' Italy who manage the flat gaslit me, insisting there was nothing wrong with the machine. 3 days of painful interactions with them continuously denying any problem marred our trip for us. Avoid 'wonderful' Italy apartments if you want to avoid stress!

Calm and cozy but central

We stayed in the appartment for two nights. Ist was a very good home base for all our activities. Calm neighbourhood but still very good connected to all the important places in Venice. We will definetely come back.
