Não ter água quente para um simples banho é inaceitável. Deveria ser critério para a comercialização do serviço pelo Expedia. Não tinha na nossa chegada - reclamei na recepção - que me avisou que chegaria a qualquer momento …. Saímos sem ter o mínimo necessário. NÃO RECOMENDO.

My stay at this place was honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. The room was incredibly run-down and felt like the bathroom had not been cleaned properly in years. I spent the entire time shivering because there was absolutely NO HOT WARER available for a shower. To make matters worse, they were stingy with the basic essentials like soap and toilet paper, leaving me constantly asking for more. While the area was convenient, it definitely did not make up for the lack of comfort and cleanliness.

Upon arrival I was told I actually was not staying at Adua, but instead at a different one a 27 minute walk away. I had originally booked this hotel due to the location to the train station being close. We got there and the toilet was broken and had no toilet seat, I called the manager and he said all he could do was provide free breakfast in the morning. Come the morning and there was no staff or breakfast. We were given dirty sheets and told to use the main bathroom in the dining room. Would not recommend unless you are staying for only the night.

The location was excellent, as it was close to the bus and train stations, so you didn't need to depend on water taxies or water buses. The main drawback was two high levels of steps -- difficult with suitcases. The staff was friendly.

Personnel souriant et attentif à nos besoins. La salle de bain commune en accès partagé était souvent salie par des clients peu respectueux. Bien qu'on puisse s'en servir le tuyau de la douche était endommagé. Nous avons eu de l'eau chaude pendant notre séjour. La chambre où nous étions était fort heureusement climatisée eu égard aux fortes chaleurs qu'il faisait.

This hotel kept our money and still hasn’t refunded us. We booked through Expedia and when we called to let them know that we were there to stay with them they said they didn’t have room for us , we’re trying to get our money back. They are not responding to us or to Expedia’s emails. All we want was a refund, terrible terrible customer service do not stay at this Hotel

Ett väldigt enkelt hotell som passade oss som skulle vara stanna en natt. Beläget nära tågstationen som är praktiskt. Rummet var enkelt men rätt slitet och ändå rent. Delat badrum som var rent, men något opraktiskt. För oss var närheten till station avgörande, men skulle vi stannat längre hade vi nog valt annat. Priset var kanske något för högt men det är ju högsäsobg och jämfört med annat i området hyffsat billigt denna tiden på året. Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Skatten ska betalas kontant vilket jag hade gärna velat veta vid bokning.

Shower doors broken. No water in Shower just a drip. Bugs in room. Staff were helpful on arrival helped carry up bags, 37 stairs (very steep ). Vacated in morning circa 7.30 no one around. So we both middle 60,s had to struggle down 37 steps

The main issue we had was that when we arrived we found there were no rooms at this property, but at another property nearby. Unfortunately, this was quite a hassle hauling our luggage in a city with walking and boats only. If we could have received notification in advance of any problems with the property that would have been very helpful. But, the second property (Hotel dela Fava) was very old and quaint, with an excellent view of Venice buildings and directly adjacent to a canal. A very nice place to stay.

We arrived at the hotel to be told the hotel was closed and that we were being relocated to the Alla Fava Hotel on the other side of the island. We were also told that it was only a 10 min walk, but it was actually a 35 min. walk during Italy's July heat wave. We requested that the hotel pay for our water taxi but they refused. The Alla Fava has no AC, which we had paid for. The rooms were very simple, we were supplied a small fan and slept/sweat it out for two nights at the hotel. When we arrived at Alla Fava, there was no one working at the hotel, just keys on the front desk with our names on them. No one showed up until the next morning, making us realise there was also no one watching the hotel that night. I would not recommend this hotel.

We checked in and checked for bedbugs. Didn't see any at the time. Went out for supper and the people in the room next door came out showing us bedbugs that they found in their room. We weren't able to get in contact with the owners. After seeing this, we left and booked another hotel room for a lot more, at 11:00 pm, and took us 40 minutes to walk. I don't recommend this to anyone.

No lift to ease moving luggage up and down the hotel. The staff she is a bit rude during check-in. Asked her to show where the washroom is, she tried to explained but I did not understand. She finally left her office and showed me with a very bad attitude. The staff that took over the next day (African decant). She is nice and friendly.
