Really well positioned hotel, close to the train and bus station, I didn’t see the point in staying anywhere further south and arriving late-ish at night it was the right decision. We left through the quieter streets in the morning heading for the tourist spots then returned back into the quieter streets with lovely quaint cafe/bars at night. We stayed in a modern apartment (T6) with a terrace in a separate building to the hotel, this is only a few steps away from the main hotel building and helpful reception staff. We left our luggage on our last day and we were offered the use of a bathroom. Very impressed.

Hotel Albergo Marin, had the best front desk staff - JACK! He was super kind and helpful and really friendly. He provided great recommendations and directions on how to get around Venice. The hotel is conveniently located and just a short walk over the bridge by the main train station. If you get dropped off the bus loop from the airport, it still wasn't a big deal to walk 5-10mins to the hotel with a medium sized luggage. The breakfast at the hotel was pretty good and they will make scrambled eggs on request so they are fresh. The room itself was small and the bathroom was really small, but I guess this is normal there. Overall would recommend again.

Our family of 3, 2 adults and a teenager were very happy with our stay at Hotel Albergo Marin. The staff were incredible and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable and had the charm of Italy. The hotel is an easy walk from the train station and about a 30 min walk to Piazza San Marco - the fun was getting lost as we made our way there and back. We only used the Water Bus from the train station stop once as we enjoyed the walk. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff were again very accomodating. The front desk attendant was great at sharing local insights and restaurants close by. We would highly recommend.

Staff super friendly and always helpful, 24/7 recepcion. Rooms value for money. Excellent location, only 5mins walk from Piazzale Roma bus station. Very quiet area, around 20mins walk from Rialto Bridge and up to 30mins walk from San Marco Square. For us it was great starting point for discovering the city centre.

Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimer im neuen Trackt war Räumlich in Ordnung. Möglicher weise bedarf es eine Unterhaltung mit dem Reinigungspersonal. Auf dem frisch gemachten Bett mussten wir 3 Stk. Haare entfernen. Nicht unsere Haarfarbe. Der Kühlschrank war entsprechend bestückt. Leider ein altes Gerät das im Betrieb nicht zu überhören ist. Ebenso das ständige brummen in der Nacht. Woher das herkommt konnten wir nicht feststellen. Das haben wir bereits bekanntgegeben. Wir fahren wieder dahin.
