Central location with short access to all POIs, shops and restaurants around the corner, fair apartment with some room for improvement … kitchen equipment poor or simple basics are missing, the bed is old and overdue, all in all we would recommend to book it and would come again.

- Intrusion of privacy!!! Management did not inform me that a service person would be doing repairs. He unlocked the door and let himself into the room while I was sleeping. Absolutely terrifying! - Air conditioner not working. The room was too hot to sleep comfortably. - Poor response from management. No one from Alloggi was available to check in so someone unaffiliated was sent to give me the keys and instructions. - Low-quality linens. Sheets, towels, and pillows are old and mattress is stiff. - Quiet location away from busy streets and squares - Close to San Marco square - Cozy and well decorated Overall, very poor and uncaring management. They will treat you like they don't even know you are staying there. Price similar to a hotel but quality of the room is bad. Seems like they just want to take your money and not invest anything to make the room more comfortable and accomodating. I would recommend not staying here.

Hubiera sido ideal si no me hubiesen cobrado tanto dinero en adicionales. Al precio que les facturan hay que agregarle lo que cobran x el uso de aire acondicionado, limpieza después que lo dejas xq mientras tanto no se limpia y si llegas tarde al check in no te perdonan ni media hora. Si optan x este lugar, vayan con la idea de pagar mínimo €50 de adicionales. Yo pague €70, no volvería otra vez. Me arruinaron la estadía

Disappointing

When Expedia pushes free breakfast, service personell and room with a view, you get very dissapointed. This is not a hotel, but a room that someone rents out for guests. The "staff" is only on sms and the free breakfast is nonexistant. There is no new towls, no cleaning. The room is ok, but very unpractical. There is nowhere to put anything, and the third guest got a shakey extra bed not fit for a grown person. On a positiv note the communication with the personell on sms worked fine and the location is excellent

Studio apartment in Venice

There was a change in ownership which caused major communication issues. We had a challenge checking in due to communication problems. The owner was very nice when she showed us the room - when we were finally able to check in. The breakfast was packaged food and instant coffee, but the grocery was very close. We were very thankful for the air conditioning!! The apartment was sweet.

GREAT VISIT

We had a great visit and enjoyed Venice very much. The accomodations were EXCELLENT and very close to everything visitors can visit. There is a market just around the corner making it easy to get fresh fruit etc for a morning or evening snack. VERY HIGHLY RECOMENDED!

You can do better.

It's not a hotel; it's an apartment that the owner rents out through "middlemen." There is no phone, no Wi-Fi, no-one to ask questions of, nowhere to store luggage after you check out. There's a 30 Euro surcharge for checking in after 8 pm. The man who met us at the Water-bus dock had plenty of notice of our arrival time, but showed up about 30 mins later after falsely stating that he was on a water-bus that would arrive in a minute. Furthermore, there's very little Wi-Fi in Venice.
