Overall, the room was very lovely quite spacious for a bed-and-breakfast type environment. The staff was so friendly and very accommodating. The room was very clean. The breakfast was wonderful! I would say the only negative was the bathroom layout. We had to walk out into the hallway to use our private bathroom and it didn’t feel very private.

Lovely stay!

Laura was an excellent host! She provided clear directions on how to get to the B&B and was there to greet us. The room, bathroom, and common areas were very clean. Laura provided a lovely breakfast and delicious coffee, and was very accessible via phone when we had a question. 10/10 stay and would recommend to anyone. Thanks Laura!!

This property was perfect for our family of four. Our room included a king size bed, and two twin beds. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed the breakfast that was delivered to our room every morning. We also were able to use the common area living room and kitchen. There was cappuccino and espresso that we could serve ourselves as needed. The owners were so nice and helpful.. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Venice.

Highly recommend this accommodation. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, the room was large and comfortable with a stunning view. We had wonderful breakfasts. Yes, there is noise as you're near a vaporetto stop so take earplugs. We would love to return and spend another holiday at this place as soon as possible.

Fantastic view from our room, surprisingly spacious and very friendly host! The breakfast was amazing which would be missed by everyone of us. Would stay here again next time we return to Venice.

The B&B is very charming. Laura is a wonderful host and the location is perfect. Only a short walk from the train station and is very easy to get to. The breakfast in the morning is delicious and prepared with care. Laura also provides many wonderful suggestions for things to do, places to eat. We really enjoy our trip to Venice and definitely would stay at the B&B again if we come back.

Beautiful view of Grand Canal from the apartment; conveniently located by Riva di Biasio bus-boat stop, one stop on bus-boat to train station. Owner is wonderful and gave great advice for seeing Venice.

The view was amazing, it was super close to a Water Taxi stop, and the made to order breakfast was delicious. Owners were accommodating with our luggage allowing us to check out but leave the luggage in a secured location thus allowing us to walk around Venice for a few more hours before our departure, I feel the view made it an unforgettable trip for us

Great view!

Our family of four stayed here two nights in July. The location was excellent, 5 minute walk from train station and 15 minutes to the main square. The view of the grand canal was amazing. Breakfast was fantastic. Hosts were super accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Terrific B&B with lovely service (and breakfasts) from Laura - located just by a vaporetto stop on the Grand Canal, away from the main tourist areas but within easy reach. Very good dining options nearby - La Zucca especially, but ask Laura for others. Reasonably priced, very good simple facilities, exactly what we were hoping for. I'm sure we'll return.

What a great way to start our trip to Italy! great location friendly and very helpful. located right on the canal with easy boat access to everywhere. Dining and shopping all close by. Laura is a great host and made us feel very welcome. If we were to travel to Venice again, we hope to stay at the Vista sul Canal Grande.
