CA 'CASTELLO ALL' ARSENALE
Spacious, modern but Venetian-style apartment. Located on the first floor, with 2 separate double bedrooms and large lounge with kitchen, full of services and modern bathroom. Possibility of luggage storage for Check-in and Check-out after hours. Located in the central area and in a well-stocked neighborhood with shops, supermarket, patisseries, bars, restaurants and laundry. The apartment is right in the middle of a field (Campo Bandiera e Moro) at the salizada del Pignater, in front of a restaurant. Quiet but original neighborhood close to the center. The apartment is located about 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco, 10 minutes from the Venice Biennale and 5 minutes from the Naval Museum of Venice. Just 2 minutes you can admire the romantic and fascinating Riva degli schiavoni, a walk with a wonderful view especially in the evening, from the gardens to San Marco, the real attraction of the city. Excellent neighborhood as not too crowded but really authentic, original and very characteristic.
the apartment is equipped with oven, washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioner. access to the apartment is completely automatic, it is done by depositing the key in an external numerical combination box. Once opened, the key can be removed. this mechanism allows you to arrive and leave the apartment in complete autonomy.
therefore we will not be present at check-in but in case of need we guarantee our intervention.

Wonderful Apartment
This is a return to this beautiful apartment in the perfect, truly Venetian area. There is a butcher, baker, deli, local crafts and everything you might need on your doorstep.Each year the kind owner Roberto has made additions and improvements. This year a microwave has been added. The kitchen area is very well appointed (dishwasher and washing machine!) We have cooked really lovely meals with local produce. There are also lovely cafes and restaurants close by. It is such a joy returning to this apartment we hope to be back again!

So happy to return to this wonderful apartment!
This was our 4th stay at beautiful Ca’ Castello. For us it is the perfect location as it is surrounded by wonderful local shops, cafes, restaurants, butcher, baker and craft shops.
The apartment is very well designed with washing machine, dishwasher and a good sized fridge freezer. The kitchen is a delight to cook in as it is well provided with useful equipment.
The owner Roberto is very easy to communicate with and attends to any needs promptly.
There are huge wardrobes in the master bedroom. Even the cases can be hidden away.
A lovely detail is that every window has anti-mosquito netting roller blinds which are perfect for warm summer nights when you want the windows wide. If it gets really hot, there is very good air conditioning too.
Venice is so full of wonders it is worth returning to. This is the perfect apartment for a long or short stay.

Even better than before!
This is a fourth holiday in this apartment, and this year it is even better as mosquito-proof roller-screens have been fitted to all windows. Venice can be very prone to mosquitoes so this is a really welcome addition.
The apartment is so perfectly located and very clean with spacious double bedrooms and a lovely kitchen dining sitting room. The kitchen is very well laid out with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and huge fridge freezer. The owner is very kind and communicating with him very easy to do before and during your stay.
Venice is a city that repays visiting again. There is SO much to see and enjoy.

Lovely flat, as described. The host was very responsive. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet and there are stores and restaurants that are lovely in the immediate vicinity. It was very nice, and I would stay here again.

Perfect
This is a beautiful and well designed apartment in a really nice area with ALL the real local shops from butchers, bakers, pharmacy and supermarket to unique GENUINE Venetian arts and crafts in the immediate area! We have returned here again and again as it is just perfect!
The owner is very easy to contact and so helpful, the apartment has HUGE wardrobes in the main bedroom, you can even park your cases out of sight. The living dining-room is lovely and you can’t see in the photos but there’s a washing machine AND dishwasher hiding behind those doors!
In the recent heatwave we were also very grateful for the air conditioning.
Wonderful apartment which I recommend without hesitation.

Noch besser als erwartet!
Die Wohnung ist größer als sie auf den Fotos wirkt. Erfreulicherweise gibt es einen kleinen und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Die Lage (ruhige Sackgasse) ist perfekt, denn man ist genauso schnell auf dem Biennale-Gelände wie auf der Piazza San Marco. Tolle Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäfte und Supermärkte direkt ums Eck. Als ein kleines Problem auftrat, wurde es von Roberto innerhalb eines Tages gelöst. Perfekt! Tutto bene! Grazie mille! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great accommodation
A great apartment at a great price and not far from the centre. My daughter and I went in a girls trip and enjoyed our stay in this brilliantly furnished apartment with oven, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. A fab bathroom and comfy beds. The owner was extremely helpful with info and communication before and throughout our stay. I would recommend to others wanting to stay in Venice.

Appt bien situé et très calme
le quartier est agréable, il y a des restaurants et commerces juste à côté. La station de bateau pour l'aéroport est à 5 minutes à pied c'est idéal.
les indications pour les clés étaient claires et nous avons pu laisser nos bagages jusqu'à 14h30.
Il manque juste un peu de modernité dans la décoration
