Love this place

My family of 6 (My husband and I, 2 kids, and my parents) enjoyed so much the stay in this hotel in Venice. It is spacious, with 2 bathrooms, and the living room gave us a good area for the old and the young to play and chat together. We included breakfast in the booking, and so the kitchen was equipped with lots of food (fruits, yogurt, milk, cereals, bread, etc.) for us to enjoy every morning. The location is also very good. It's just 5-min walk from the famous Rialto bridge.

離Rialto站很近,步行5分就可以到達,鬧中取靜,吃跟買都非常方便!!!有洗衣機也附上洗衣粉,有洗碗機也還是另外附上洗碗精,不僅爐具餐具很齊全,連橄欖油,醋,鹽基本的調味料廚房裡都有,每天準備的早餐都很豐盛,還有Nespresso咖啡機跟膠囊給你喝!整個公寓的大小很舒適,真的是物超所值的住宿!超推薦,下次來還是會選擇這裡~

Very nice stay, we are satisfied with this unknow hotel, but only one thing is no cleaning room service before we check in or when we booked ths hotel. The other thing is WI-FI service is very bad, it may let us to enjoy holiday but no Wifi work.

The area and staff were great! Check-in instructions were clear and easy. The only issue was the noise — even with closed windows and doors, we could still hear it from outside. I’d have liked some healthier breakfast options, but that’s just my personal preference. Overall, the experience was great — grazie!

Reception staff were lovely, room was clean and comfortable and within walking distance to everything. Be wary though that even though the property states it’s air conditioned, you are not able to use the air conditioning - they take the remotes away when they don’t believe it is hot enough to require air con. We also had the canal view room, it’s very pretty but it’s also where the garbage boats dock to collect rubbish in the area so from about 6.30am - it becomes quite loud.

My husband and I recently traveled to Venice and were lucky to find and stay in this gem. It was situated directly on a canal which was a beautiful. Location was excellent. Very close to several dining options and shopping. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and had wonderful and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen, dining table, couch, refrigerator and washing machine - inclusive of laundry detergent. A huge convenience. It was also very quiet and felt safe. The front desk agent was very helpful in arranging for a water taxi when it was time for us to depart which was awesome. Important to know that there is no elevator, so prepare yourself for some cardio, especially when carrying heavy luggage. Overall a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend.

The hosts made us feel very welcome. The room was very spacious with a kitchen, separate living room area, separate bedroom, like an apartment rather than a hotel. Canal view was limited - we had to literally stick our heads out the bathroom window to see a canal. But I suppose that’s how Venice is. At any rate, it was a perfect spot for us, close to the best gelato shop in town!

Location price and size of room were excellent. Very convenient and security were great as well. Washer & Driver combo was in unit so it’s very helpful for long trip or hot weather season trip. Front desk was not available 24hrs so when we needed help it was tricky to get help. Most challenge we had was steps. There were no elevator so inside of building, you need to carry up your suitcases through 3 floors to get to main floor. If your room is above of that, you need to go up more. Overall experience was good since we were in the good shape.

Our stay here was amazing. The staff, the cleanliness, the size of our room, the location was all top notch. We had a first floor room with a canal view and watched the gondolas go by our windows - beautiful! It was very close to the Rialto area but did not have all the busyness of that area. I would highly recommend this property!

Quiet but in the heart of Venice. Easy to get to all the good spots and also near good local bars/restaurants. Far enough away from big tourist strips so you don’t get the noise but within 1-2 minute walk.
