Lovely home in quiet neighborhood

The rooms were spacious and the garden was wonderful for relaxing. Perfect for a larger group like ours. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Il paradiso a Venezia !

The palazetto Casa della Sensa is an oasis of peace in Venice. On one side, a view of one of Cannaregio's most beautiful canals, on the other, a delightful garden. Perfectly renovated and tastefully decorated, you'll feel right at home. We spent an exquisite week here and can't wait to return. It was just perfect !

Adorable and Perfect Location!

If you’re thinking of renting this unit, do it NOW!! I could go on and on about our great experience with this rental! Communication from the management office was superb from the very beginning. They even had one of their team members, Marco waiting to walk us to the rental after arriving on the water bus. Marco was amazing!! He even carried bags for us on the short walk to the unit. He gave us the keys and showed us around the unit. He even took a lot of time explaining how to get around Venice and gave us a map. His help was very appreciated as this was our first time in Venice. The apartment was beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfortable. The pictures of this unit don't compare to the real life view. It was also in the perfect location. It’s just outside the busy tourist area (so it’s nice and quiet), but within walking distance of everything. We really enjoyed the garden area in the evenings and having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus. If we come back to Venice, we will absolutely not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect and Quiet, Live like a Venician

It felt like a hidden gem where I could truly live like a Venetian. One of the highlights was the beautiful backyard garden. It was a perfect spot to start my day with a cup of coffee, surrounded by lush greenery and the peaceful ambiance. The garden provided a tranquil retreat where I could relax and unwind after exploring the vibrant city. The neighborhood itself is a delight. Quiet and charming, it offers a glimpse into the authentic Venetian lifestyle, away from the typical tourist paths. Stilvoll, tolle Lage, wunderschön

Die Lage ist perfekt, am kleinen Kanal, abseits der Touristenströme. Die beiden Apartments im Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss sind extrem stilvoll renoviert, man fühlt sich zu gast in einer tollen Privatwohnung, alles auf hohem Niveau und alle aus unserer Familie im Alter von 9 bis 86 waren gleichermaßen begeistert, jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Küche(n) sind gut ausgestattet aber eher für Früstück und kleine Gerichte, nicht für ausgiebiges Kochen – was wir gar nicht vorhatten.

Dieses Appartment ist der absolute Traum.

Super schön eingerichtet, ein toller großer Garten, in ruhiger Lage und doch sehr zentral zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns dort so wohlgefühlt und können uns mit einer größeren Gruppe nichts Besseres vorstellen.
