Kitchen is fully equipped and faces a large and bright living room. On the other side of the apartment there are a master bedroom and an office room with optional sofa bed for a third guest.

Floor wooden boards are cut and finished from old "Bricole" (typical venetian lagoon wooden poles for indicating limits of navigable channels to boats)
On the ground floor of the building there is a private laundry room.
