Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The suite was clean and spacious. There is a bar and eatery on site. It is well located and we were able to walk everywhere very easily. I would highly recommend this place to stay. 5 star!

We had a beautiful, clean suite right on one of the canals. We really enjoyed the property, it was far enough away from the tourist crowds, but easy access to the main sites. It was especially convenient to access the ferry to Murano, Burano, and the airport. The breakfast was really great, options to suit most any taste. We would absolutely stay here again!

Le lieu est superbe, les cours intérieures, la chambre donnait sur un canal. Nous avons opté pour un appart hotel avec cuisine c'était tres bien pour dépanner. Le petit déjeuner etait assez complet. Le personnel parle français donc parfait quand on ne connait pas du tout l'italien.

The location was amazing. I few steps from the dock that took us to the airport and Murano. It was clean and our bathroom was the largest we had on our entire vacation. The breakfast was a nice addition to our stay. The only issue we had was our room was hot and couldn’t get the air conditioning to work. Luckily, the nights were cool and we could open the windows. We would definitely stay here again. The property is very old and has a lot of history, which I loved!

An absolute delight to spend a few nights at this unique destination. Full of sunny table filled court yards, delicious food and drinks at the cafe/ restaurant, loved the location on the edge of the city, multinational guests including students, travelers and families. Breakfast is perfect! My room looked out over the canal and city. I WILL return!! Simple and attractive room, quiet nights, delightful staff.

This is an exceptionally overpriced hostel that markets itself as a hotel. It is reminiscent of student halls of residence. Although the bed linen was clean, there was excrement on the hall floor. The shower tray was slow to drain and the automatic light in the bathroom seldomly worked. Breakfast was basic and not particularly enjoyable. The staff at breakfast were not very attentive, again feeling like a student canteen.
