Great location very close to Guglie and the Jewish Ghetto, an easy walk from Piazzale Roma (bus station) and Ferrovia (train station), and only a 20 minute walk from Rialto and 25 minutes from Piazza San Marco. A clean and comfortable apartment that had everything we needed for our stay in Venice. We would use this apartment and Wonderful Italy again if we needed accommodation in Venice or elsewhere in Italy. Grazie!

Overall , great location and nice spacious apartment. However, absolutely no AC, we tried to call the property number multiple times and no answer. thankfully we only stayed for 2 nights but was nearly impossible to sleep comfortably. Wifi was constantly on and off , but the real dealbreaker is the AC.

The location is in a central and quiet area. Staff was non communicative prior to checkin via email, chat and phone. Photos do not demonstrate reality. Headboard in both bedrooms are worn out. Material literally pealing off. Dusty and dirty floors, window seals and countertops. Maintenance staff came in explicately against our request. Bose headphones were stolen. Non communicative after check-out. Refused to accept any responsibility. Be aware prior to booking.....

I don’t typically leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share our experience for anyone considering staying at this property during the summer. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not functioning properly throughout our stay. We contacted the property management immediately in hopes of resolving the issue, but no meaningful solution was provided. It was evident that the owner was already aware of the problem, as two fans and a portable air conditioner had been left in the unit. However, the portable unit was not installed, and the exhaust hose wasn’t connected, making it essentially unusable. The temperatures inside the apartment were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep or enjoy our time there. To make matters worse, opening the windows for relief invited mosquitoes inside, leaving our family covered in bites. This issue significantly impacted our vacation. Had the listing accurately disclosed that the air conditioning was not working, we would have booked another property. Travelers, especially families visiting during the warmer months, deserve to know what to expect before arriving. Transparency matters. I hope the owner repairs the air conditioning and updates the listing so future guests can make an informed decision

Endroit bien situé, à proximité de la gare et des services, par contre la communication avec l’hôte est difficile. Possibilité de communiquer seulement entre 9:00 et 18:00. Nous n’avions pas de chauffage ni eau chaude, nous avons du attendre au lendemain matin pour que le tout soit rétabli. Il faisait 15 dans l’appartement. Sinon les chambres sont biens, c’est propre mais un peu vieillot. Difficulté avec la connection internet.

Sadly not at all as pictured, dirty and with a headboard that was literally peeling vinyl. Be warned; these are spartan digs at best and a gross at worst. Wish I had known this and read other reviews before staying.

Venice apartment

It was a very good experience. . the apartment is what you get from the photos. We had some issues connecting to the wifi during the first night but on 2nd day it was working. All amenities are just enough for our needs. The location is great - close to the train station, shops for your provisions and restaurants. It is an easy walk to the tourist sites. Will recommend this apartment to others.

We had a great time. Apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Only issue we had was the AC units in the apartment didn’t work and it was quite warm when we were there. We thought we would just open the windows to let the breeze in but the street is very busy so the noise was extremely loud, it sounded like the people outside were screaming in our room. Otherwise we loved the apartment and would definitely stay again.

Property was kept well , clean with all amenities to cook and eat Only disappointment was Air conditioning was out of the bedrooms which was utter waste of electricity. With no effect. An advice to management to think about having mobile or ceiling fans for bedrooms so that we can use them if needed . Lastly if bathrooms were in First floor, it would have been grt . Thank you overall experience was good . Will come back if my advice is considered

Sin cafetera no hay paraiso

La localizacion bien ! El apartamento regular y lo peor es que no tenia una simple cafetera para desayunar baje al restaurante de la esquina y unos chinos me cobraron 7 euros por dos cafes . Tambien llegamos sobre las 13h y no nos dejaron entrar en la habitacion hasta las 15h ni un minuto antes y nos dijeron que dejaramos las maletas en la puerta hasta las 15h nada flexibles con el cliente

We were on Aprt 1 We got there and A/C was not working. We communicated this to the property and they advised that technician was going to go when he was available. Finally tech went to the apartment and we really only had one night with AC. It was super hot and unbearable in the apartment. We first asked for fans and were told we would only get them the next day. Slept with windows open but the bugs at night came in to the room. Apartment was overall in good condition but the issue with the AC really made our stay very unconfortable during a heat wave in Venice.

The location is good. BUT the cleanness and the living environment is very bad. We stayed at VENICE GRAN DESIGN APARTMENT 2 The description showed that the apartment have 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed, but the truth is the apartment only got 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed. The cleanness and the living environment is very bad. There was almost 10 mosquitos around the apartment. We spent 3 hours to kill 7 mosquitos after travelling Venice like 9pm. Another 3 mosquitos keep flying around us when we were sleeping. We could sleep for whole night. We tried to turn on the air conditioner but it was so smelly after turned it on. PS. there are two mosquitos still flying around me when I am typing this comment.

Appartamento molto bello ma non troppo curato (la cucina e' poco attrezzata, in bagno non c'e nemmeno una mensola per appoggiare il necessario, non ci sono i coprimaterassi...). La posizione è ottima, comoda alla stazione, centrale ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla. Pulizia discreta
