Hotel is nice, if a little worn around the edges - our toilet seat was partly broken, we had only one working plug socket and one window lock was broken. Saying that it is in a good location, the bed was comfortable, the staff were nice and it was great fun watching the traffic on the canal out of our window!

Great room with the vintage vibe! Had everything we needed and included AC. The steps are a little steep and there is no elevator so just know this specially if you or your family struggle with carrying luggage up stairs.

The location of the property was perfect. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants and approximately 7 minutes to Rialto bridge. The view from our room was beautiful day and night with several canal bridges lit up. Staff were wonderful and always tried their best to help out. This is Venice, so expect the buildings and rooms to be a bit dated. For us, it only added to the charm. Wonderful stay!

It was good. Just that we had to wait a while to drop our luggage that they said was to start at 10:00 we waited till 10:30 with no sight of anybody with people looking to check out. We also had people waiting for us , so we ended up having to pay at a storage luggage place. Other than that good a.c

Excellent hotel for the price. The location couldn't have been better with just a short walk to all the main sites. We had excellent canal views and saw so many gondolas pass by. The character and decor of the room was very Venetian and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

Charming and cold AC! Lovely room and fun watching the canal out our windows in the morning. Wonderful location that's not too crowded. Loved the restaurant in our square, so nice that it wasn't overly crowded and touristy.

Great stay! I went in thinking from other reviews that the air conditioner wouldn’t be working, but it worked very well! And the room was beautiful, unique, and had a cute little canal view. There are some stairs, but the employee at the front desk helped us carry our bags up. Helpful staff, great location, great room!
