It is economical hotel

IN fact, many hotels in Venice are expensive but this one is quite cheap. However, the one thing that I felt bad was that there were many mosquitos in the room, so I needs to close my windows. As there was no any air conditioner, my room is lack of air circulation.

要求不高的话，还是很合适的，因为在主岛上，位置也好，大家注意，最好在火车站出站后坐船去酒店，不然还是很远的。卫生条件什么的一般，如果不是要求很高，那还凑合。

Fair enough considering the location and services

It's just ok considering its location and services. There is no free WiFi which is so inconvenient although there is an out dated computer in the lobby with which you can search Internet freely. And the buffet breakfast is always in shortage of supply. Anyway the servants and receptionists are quite friendly and helpful.

no heater !

even if there is a heater in our room, but it could not be worked. After we argued at the reception, no one deal with this problem. Therefore it was really cold when we are sleeping.

不好不好相当不好。酒店贵不说，酒店服务还不好，要什么没什么。屋子特别小。不喜欢。住的最差的旅馆。

Trop cher pour une telle chambre

Hôtel bien placé, petit déjeuner correct. Chambre non conforme au prix payé: au roc avec toute petite fenêtre donnant sur rue très étroite et sombre, tapisserie oppressante et mobilier vieillot.

Ich habe als Einzelperson ein kleines Doppelzimmer gemietet und das Zimmer war selbst für eine Person zu klein! Das Zimmer und vor allem das Badezimmer waren ziemlich abgewohnt und nicht wirklich sauber und somit zu teuer. Das Frühstück, das nur bis 9.30 angeboten wurde, war ganz ok. Schade bin seit 20 Jahren immer wieder mal in dem Hotel gewesen. Nun glaube ich, es war das letzte Mal. Petra

O hotel deveria estar no classificado com PENSÃO!! Não tem nada, não tem ar condicionado, não tem televisão, não tem internet, não tem espaço, não tem conforto, realmente muito ruim!!! O "hotel" consegue acabar com a poesia de Veneza!!!

perfect location, great price

The location is great because it is nice quite section of Venice that is not too touristy yet you can walk to anything or jump on the water bus if feeling lazy. The front desk staff gives you a map at check in and I was able to ask their opinion to narrow down the places I had in mind to visit in our short time in Venice. The room was in a back building and had air conditioning although not too strong. Walls kind of thin so you can hear neighbors, no television, but still nice. Wifi was strong in the room and free. Breakfast is free and great, eat in the little courtyard. Coming from the airport buy a round trip (30 euros) Alliaguna ferry boat ticket. Best deal. Otherwise a taxi from the airport is almost 100 euros one way. Just jump on the blue line and although it is a long ride it is a pleasant trip into Venice. The stop closest to the hotel is only 3 blocks away. The hotel website has good directions for this.

Run down status

Run down status. Bad shape bathroom, No AC...mosquito.....all night. Nobody could sleep.... Would not go back. Staff was great..... sorry

Man bekommt das, wofür man zahlt.

Im Großen und ganzen sind wir absolut zufrieden. Das Frühstück hätte etwas gesünder gestaltet sein können und nach 24Uhr kommt man nicht mehr ins Hotel. Zudem dauerte es ungefähr 10 Minuten bis warmes Wasser kam. Die Betten waren sauber, es war ruhig und man konnte aufgrund des kostenlosen Ventialtors in der Nacht super schlafen.

Good location, but nothing else.

The rooms on view in the ad are the better ones. But beware if you get stuck in the old annexe. No aircon. No tea/coffee facilities. only one power socket (the other had been removed), so we had to rotate the devices which needed charging. The room was so small we could hardly squeeze past the large fan supplied in place of the non-existent aircon, with about 2 feet around the (comfortable) bed the only space. The view out of the window was a wall opposite, about 10 metres away. The shower was broken (you had to hold the tap with one hand to keep water running). When we asked for another room, we were offered the choice of paying another 60 Euros per night, or they would get "the man" to repair the shower. We opted for the man, who never appeared. One handed showering in a high-humidity environment is not the best experience I've ever had! There was only one hanger in the wardrobe. The breakfast was meagre, the drinks from vending machines were rubbish. Fourth time in Venice. First time ever disapppointed. The staff were friendly but incompetent. DON'T BOOK HERE!!

Op loopafstand van alle bijzonderheden en toch geen lawaai van toeristen of boten, Ontbijt is oke. Vriendelijk personeel. Kortom zeer aan te bevelen.

Well I checked in late at night after exploring the city during the day. They gave me a room on third floor and I had to take stairs with luggage in my hands. There was no lightening and some small animals were on the building walls. I was freaked but I had to stay. There was only one electricity plug in the room. I do not recommend staying in this hotel.

No me gusto la habitacion, se escuchaba todo tipo de ruidos y conversaciones de a lado, ya que esta estaba dividida por una puerta, entre ambas habitaciones. No tienen internet y si lo quieres debes de pagar, y pagamos pero de nada sirvii, no tenia señal a menos que estuviese cerca de recepcion, el cubiculo del baño para ducharse es demasiado pequeño, una persona con sobrepeso, seria muy dificil que entre ahi.
