They were very helpful getting to hotel via water taxi and cost lower then regular price. Breakfast was good and many choices. But room needed a little TLC, faded carpet and chair with cigar burn. Overlooking canal was great but they were doing construction on other side (only there for one day) bring boats with construction material. Eat to get to from San Maro square.

Didn’t particularly care for this property, beds were quite soft and maintenance is questionable (electrical hum, ceiling leak at reception upon check-in). Value for money you might be better off at other properties, especially with high season prices.

Loved the decor which looked just like the pictures. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We had our welcome drink on the little outdoor overlook watching gondolas go by. Great central location!
