The hotel was good and had convenient parking right outside. It was very easy to get to Venice by train or bus, with the bus/train stop right in front of the hotel. You can get on and off right in front of the hotel, and the service runs every 10–15 minutes. Note for foreign visitors: Make sure to bring your passport with you for hotel check-in.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Spoke English and were very helpful. AC worked in room but could have been a bit cooler. Hotel is just a block away from public transport and very walkable. It is also close to restaurants and convenience stores. Felt safe even walking at night Price was very affordable and went along with the property.

We arrived late without bags but limited staff to assist with travel plans or navigating public transportation which is right outside front door. Clean sheets and bathroom but very dated decorum, and limited amenities. A barking dog early the next morning greeted us. We did not see any breakfast, coffee or food items for purchase.

This place is absolutely disgusting and nothing like they have it listed. From the moment I arrived I knew something was sketchy. It smells horrible, and the room / beds looked shifty. I wasn't feeling comfortable and I told the front desk this hotel is nothing like what your advertising. He didn't care and told me there is no refund. I called a taxi and booked elsewhere, come to find out by the local taxi driver that the hotel is mainly used by prostitutes and drug sale. I was disgusted and nearly cried! It is not a safe place at all and Expedia shouldn't let this place be advertised on their platform. For your own safety don't book this place.

We got in very late and they were accommodating. The room was a bit small and we never seemed to get the tv on any working channels. It also smelled very strongly to cigarettes. I was a bit off put when the front host pretty much forced me to leave a review on Google and watched me. I tried to leave 4 out of 5 stars due to the smell however he changed and put 5 stars instead.

We booked this in an emergency as it was close to the airport when our flight was cancelled relatively late at night. The hotel was nothing like the photos, there was construction work going on, the decor was appalling, the rooms weren't clean, the taps were insecure, and the whole place smelt of cigarettes. There is no shopping on site, there is no bar, there is no restaurant. There is an adjoining bar area that does serve coffee and pastries in the morning and beer and sad sandwiches in the evening, but it's hardly what one might consider a restaurant or breakfast, and certainly nothing like the photos. Not worth the money. Given our time again we would pay more to travel further and have better facilities and comfort, and be certain that we were sleeping in clean sheets.
