Hotel in a very good location

Nice stay. Staff were very friendly. In a very good location, near the main attractions and very close to the river but in a very quite side street where we escaped from all noises made by the tourists and still gained a very easy access to the main streets, waterbus stations and train station.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamentino proprio vicino all'hotel, molto funzionale ad una famiglia con una bimba piccola. L'hotel è in posizione strategica e con il cortese deposito bagagli offertoci dall'hotel abbiamo potuto godere fino all'ultimo minuto della nostra breve vacanza.

My stayed in Venice

Friendly staffs and helpful and close to train station, but I will never book the Hotel Hesperia Apt. Floor level again because bathroom very very small and the beds are old and very uncomfortable.

El establecimiento está bien. Limpio y personal muy agradable. Desyauno incluido pero bastante normalito. El problema lo tuve en la reserva con Expedia porque reserve habitación doble normal y al llegar me la dieron con baño externo. Al contactar con Expedia por la página me contestaron con un mail y un teléfono que tras varias llamadas no me obtuve respuesta.

Établissement bien situé si on aime pas trop etre pres des zones touristiques. La cadre est sympa. Personnel tres bien comme la chambre et la propreté. Toujours quelqu'un a l'accueil ce qui est tres pratique. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Petits points négatifs; l'isolation des chambres par rapport au bruit des chambres voisines et le fait que la lumière du couloir reste allumée tout le temps même la nuit.

The staff were always friendly and happy to help. Great position away from the crowds but just opposite a water taxi stop so jt was easy to get around instead of always walking. Fortun8to have a canal view room 207. This is the 4th time in Venice, the first time at Hotel Hesperia but would definitely go back there and recommend it to friends.

We were very happy with Hotel Hesperia. It was comfortable, clean and the personnel were helpful and friendly. We found it well situated within walking distance of the train station and the center of Venice. We would definitely stay here again. The only small criticism I have is that the shower water lacks power. If your looking for a small private hotel in Venice I can definitely recommend this one.

Escolhi o hotel por estar perto da estação de trem, porem fiquei muito decepcionado com a simplicidade para um hotel de 200 euros a diária. As fotos apresentadas no site são fantasiosas, aquela foto externa que é um chamariz, não descobri onde fica. O banheiro é minúsculo, não dá para abrir os braços durante o banho. A noite dá até medo de caminhar pelas ruas proximadas do hotel. Não tem elevador. Tive que pedir ajuda do funcionario do hotel para levar as malas até o quarto. O

Located steps away from the channel

The hotel was conveniently located near the Santa Lucia train station and one of the vaporetto stations, which is the most affordable way to move around the Venezian channel. The staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was superb, and the room with a view to the channel. Couldn't ask for more.
