It was centrally located… finding what you needed was easy… Restaurants were close by… Gondolier’s were right there in front of the hotel… Breakfast was very good… Hotel staff were very efficient and any questions we had……are ways to get around using water taxis.

Beautiful antique interior design. The staff, everyone we met, was professional & friendly. Clean establishment, air-conditioning unit available & a mini fridge. The breakfast buffet was good, multiple choices & delicious desserts.

Location is perfect and central to everything including water taxis and gondolas. Staff are kind and helpful. Rooms are small but charming. No elevator so not ideal for everyone. Breakfast was the same everyday - adequate and met our needs. Overall good stay if location is your priority.

Disliked: Staff & service
Great location, however there is nothing special about this property. The front desk staff was unfriendly. It felt like he was done with the tourist season. The room was clean, however incredibly small and cramped for our family of 4. We booked this last minute and had I done better research, I would have skipped this property all together

The hotel can use an update and room is tight for a family of 4. Travelling during shoulder months means there is no A/C and room was very hot. Breakfast was great, staff helpful and location is perfect but it is located in a very busy area so expect crowds and street noise from the room.
