Gran Paradiso 3/3/2024 to 3/31/2024
We were due to check in on Sunday, March 3,2024 and received a text from Svatka Jurinova that our rental application had not been approved yet and to tell the gate we were guests of somebody at an address and then proceed to 20298 Lagente and there would be a lockbox on the front door and use a certain code and we would get the front door key. On the counter top between the kitchen and dining area, we would find a permanent resident pass, a mailbox key, a garage door opener and a blue scanner to open the gates. She said she thought we would be approved on Monday, March 3, 2024. On Monday, I received an email from Gran Paradiso stating we were approved for 3-11-2024 til 4-11-2024. These are not the dates we signed the contract for. I immediately forwarded

I immediately called her and told her this was unacceptable and not the contract we signed. She said what did I want, she had given us a pass and a blue scanner we could use to sneak around until the 11th. I told her we do not live dishonestly and suppose I am having Guests before the 11th that now I can’t even register them. She questioned me if I was and I replied that it was none of her business. She hung up on me. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe we had been disconnected and left her a voice mail. She replied via email that we were.
