A lot of potential

This is an amazing apt. It is a walk-up, over 80 steps, but in a great location. Views are wonderful. Unfortunately it does not have air conditioning, which we were informed of, but it also has no screens on the windows. It was hot enough that we could not sleep with out the windows open but if we did that the mosquitos ate us alive. We had to leave a day early

Great place

The property was beautiful, it is the penthouse so there is a lot of stairs, just be prepared the view is worth the clime, I would not recommend to elderly or families traveling with young children, the stairs would be a lot Also the one bathroom is on the main bedroom which was fine for us because it was my family but for couples this would be kind different Host was great direction to the place were great Perfect spot for dinner shopping bars

Nice apartment in Venice

This is a spacious apartment in the central part of the city. It's about a 10 minute walk to San Marco Square and about 15 minutes to the Rialto Bridge. There's a supermarket and several restaurants within a 5 minute walk. There's also a takeout pasta place by the front door. Nice balcony overlooking the city. However, you do have to go up about 5 flights of stairs to get to the unit (no elevator). But that's pretty much unavoidable if you want a balcony with a view of the surrounding rooftops.
