It was a lovely room near St. Marco. Itwas very clean, and the maid came daily. The staff was very nice, but they were all located at the Hotel Ala, about a four minute walk away. We had to check in at the Hotel Ala, but it was very easy and fast.

Unfortunately I didn’t have good experience. There was no hot water, and the toilet and tower were not properly clean. From the other reviews I expected more. Location is great however did not have a great experience.

The property is smaller than the photos on the Hotels.Com website and the room shown was not the same room as we had. It was clean and comfortable. The big plus is the location, it is very easy to get to the major tourist attractions around the San Marco area.
