Tolle Lage und hübsch eingerichtet. Allerdings ließ sich der Patio, der auf den Bildern so exponiert dargestellt ist, nicht öffnen. Aber im Innenhof gibt es eine Raucher-Sitzbank. Alles in allem (zentral, sauber und günstig) sehr zu empfehlen!

Beautiful apartment and plenty of room. Unfortunately we were there during the heatwave but the fans and portable ac units were very helpful. I wish the narrow “balcony” canal view would have been a bit bigger but that just because I had dreamed of having a glass of wine or cup of coffee overlooking the Venetian canal but it was still very cool and much appreciated. The only thing I would suggest for management is a more modern coffee maker. I did not have coffee, did not know where to buy any or how to use the old percolated pot if I had! We would stay here again!

Held all the charm of Venice. Filled with culture, the high ceilings were amazing. Great facilities! Very spacious. We could walk in any direction and find a local restaurant or mini shops to enjoy. Very close to Rialto bridge and San Marco square.

This place is gnarly. We stayed in unit 12. It’s like a palace with really high ceilings and beautiful paintings. The rooms are gigantic with small balconies facing the canal. It also has a large and well-equipped kitchen. The location is also convenient to water taxi and major sites of interest. There are a lot of nice restaurants, gelato places and a supermarket nearby. There is also free laundry room for travelers to use. We enjoyed the stay very much. There are two things that could have been improved. One is to inform customers that they can easily take the public boat at the train station to get to the property instead of walking. We ended up walking for 20 minutes with our luggage’s in the hot weather to the property due to the lack of such info. The other is that the property should allow people to store their luggage there before the official check in time like other properties. We paid Euro 90 to store our luggage at a nearby barbershop. Highly recommend the Suso Gelato place. Best gelato we’ve ever had.

It was labeled a luxury apartment but it was a bit dilapidated. The wood flooring would come up when you walked on it. The location was good though. Close to where we wanted to visit.

The view is everything! The fact that the apartment was spacious and air conditioned well was a bonus! The kitchen was ideal and the refrigerator was perfect because the Coop market is down the walkway. Close to everything, famous fish market, Rialto bridge, grand canal, etc.

We loved staying here. The doors opening onto the canal were a real treat. I saw reviews complaining about the smell, but we had no issues whatsoever. You are staying on the canal - of course it will smell like water! If you follow the directions you are given to the property, you will not get lost (do not use Google maps, just use the directions you are given). We would recommend this property 100 times over. We genuinely loved it!

Pros: Comfortable beds, excellent location & great directions to apartment. Cons: Apartment was not as described in images on advertisement. Shower leaked. Unfortunately the pictures did not make the property, picture was modern and clean, we got old and rundown. Dangerous carpet on the stairs. Dirt and fluff coming out from beneath the beds. Good things.. restaurants and shops nearby, walking distance to Rialto Bridge, water buses close by.

Apartamento bom e confortável, porém com muitas escadas, estávamos com 10 malas e foi muito cansativo chegar até o segundo andar. O ar condicionado está com algum tipo de programação que durante a estadia de 4 dias não consegui retirar, então durante a noite ele desligava e sentíamos calor. The property is in a good location close to city centre. Direction provided were straight forward so we got there with ease. There are shops Nd restaurants within 2min walk. However, it smelt of fish from the previous guests cooking and it was a little cold si we had to keep our jumpes on. The smell made us doubt its cleanliness. Also the floors are old and uneven and pause a trip hazard.

This place looks nothing like the photos! It's dirty and you can find mold inside the fridge and the bathroom curtains. We were highly disappointed.

Venice - Riva Palace apartments

Nice apartment, really good location. Automated check in was nice - except they did not include link to Tourist Tax, and you can't finalize check in without that. I had to reach out and beg for the link the night before arrival. And property needed maintenance: BR AC did not work well, shower drain very slow. No wifi, it would have been handy since I had to find and download AC operating instructions online.
