Our amazing apartment is furnished in a comfortable modern style and it has an adorable small balcony (poggiolo) overlooking Venetian canal. It is in the San Marco District but in a really quiet and safe area.
It is a modern and bright apartment on the first floor easily accessible and it is composed of a large living room, wide fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with bathroom en-suite with shower each and entrance space with a big white closet where washing machine and dryer are inside.
Newly refurbished, this wide elegant apartment can be your perfect base point to enjoy Venice and to spend an unforgettable stay.
From the apartment, you can easily reach the main touristic sites and elegant Campo San Maurizio, Campo Sant’Angelo and Campo Santo Stefano. It is also a few steps far from La Fenice Opera House and at ten minutes walking far from Saint's Mark Square. Moreover, it is also well connected to many boat/vaporetto stops, but the closest one is Santa Maria del Giglio boat stop.
Nearby there is a charming neighborhood with elegant restaurants and coffee bars, shops (at only four minutes walking far from Calle Larga XXII Maggio, the fashion district of Venice), and supermarkets.
Free internet connection, central heating/air conditioning, bed linen and towels are provided.
