Good place to stay, I felt safe and the room was comfortable. My light switches were broken except in the bathroom and no soap, but the room was clean and it had AC. Make sure to get the code for the front door when you get your room keys.

Not good. If you want a toilet seat, toilet paper a bathroom door that closes and not to sleep in your clothes try something else. Trip ruined.

The room they assigned me didn't close properly, neither inside nor out. They gave me another one, much smaller. The bathroom flooded, and the refrigerator didn't work. I stayed three nights. They never cleaned the room. I ran out of soap and toilet paper. One night the power went out in my room, and when I managed to call someone, they told me, "I'm in Rome, I can't do anything," and hung up. There was never anyone at reception, and the place smelled strongly of dust and damp.

We had to wait outside the hotel over an hour as clear instructions were not provided. One of the four guests, waiting with us, gave us the number to call for self check-in. When we arrived in the room there were no towels available, the bedding was dirty. There were stains on the pillow, bedsheet and duvet. There was a damp smell in the room, could be because there is a damp patch on the ceiling. There was not hot water too, so could not shower. My wife and I struggled to stay in the room as it was unbearable to live in. I tried contacting the hotel to resolve these issues, but nothing was looked in to. I have requested a refund from the hotel. Talking to other guests staying at this hotel, they too had the same issues.

No staff on site to check in. Had to call a number written on the door. That took 30 minutes. It is not staffed 24/7 as advertised. Room was clean. Location is excellent.

The room was not clean, there were stains on the sheets, no towels. When we asked the cleaning lady for towels she simply said “no.” I then asked when there would be clean towels and again she said “no.” There were hundreds of dirty towels on the floor in the hallways but they never got washed during our entire stay. The cleaning lady finally brought us one towel to share for our 3 night stay. The room caused my allergies to flare up horribly, not sure if it was due to dust or mold. The walls are covered in cloth so I’m sure it holds in a lot of dust. No one was there ever present at the front desk during our entire stay, just the one cleaning lady. The power went out on our last night there and we needed to contact the number on WhatsApp. No one ever showed up to the property, they simply sent images of where to locate the breaker box to turn the power back on ourselves. Extremely disappointed and have gotten no response from the hotel when asking for a partial refund.

My wife and I came from Canada and spent the night in September at this hotel. The front desk manager Shrepsa made us feel welcomed and she made sure our stay was great. I highly recommend anyone visiting Venice to stay there.
