Apartment on the third floor located in the Historic Centre of Venice, 100 metres from St Mark's Square, absolutely the most exclusive area of Venice. The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed and kitchen area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one complete with shower). Upon request 1 additional bed (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 5 people. Everything thing just as described. Great communication on how to find unit. It is the 3rd floor so you will need to carry bags up the steps. Location was a 10 for us. Easy access to water transportation. I would stay there again.

Die Wohnung war in einer Top Lage. Aus der Haustür ist man quasi auf den Markusplatz gefallen. Die Abwicklung war hervorragend und es gab eine genaue Beschreibung, wie man die Adresse finden konnte. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und in einer guten Ausstattung. Da wir in der Küche nicht gekocht hatten, kann ich hierzu wenig sagen, aber was ich gesehen hatte, war alles vorhanden. Wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden wieder kommen.

This a chance with no reviews for this place when we booked it, and struck gold. So close to all the big sites; yet relatively quiet. Comfortable, well equipped and working.

Great location but air conditioning not working properly

The apartment is in a historical building on San Marco square. Great location. We walked everywhere without relying on the water bus. Easily enjoyed the early morning and late evening when the crowd was gone. There was not a single review on the property when I booked it but I took the chance. We arrived early afternoon on Sunday and found out that air conditioning was not working. The property manager was very responsive but the technicians did not come until 2 days later. It was so hot that we had keep the windows open at night but everyone got several mosquito bites. The unit is simply old, it took another day for the air conditioning to low the temperature below 27 celsius. We were offered to move to different apartments but the weather was too hot to move.
